I have received

a further memorandum from the Waichiaopu renewing

request that removal order be cancelled. In this

document Treaty is referred to in the following phraseology: 'In thus persisting the Hong Kong Government appear to be acting without due

consideration for Treaty provisions, friendly feeling, and the people's liberty of residence'.
